3.  I have now bought a new computer through Computer Assistance.  I knew that they would know what would be best for me and my business as they have been sorting out tech problems for me over the years.  They researched what they thought would be best, and then talked the options through with me.  So much better than going into a shop and buying 'blind' from someone who does not know you.  As always, I am delighted with the result.

1. I can always rely on Computer Assistance to sort out any tech problems, however complicated. They not only sort them out but also explain clearly what the problems were.
